Miles spelled dad all by himself! He had to ask me for a second “d” cause we only have one…so the “p” stepped in.

First Day Preschool 2016
First Day of School
Miles’ first day of school was just the other day.
He had to be woken up to get there before mom had to be at work.
He woke up saying “yay”. I asked him what he was excited about and he said “I get to go to school!”
Putt-Putt Golf
Putt-putt Golf
Today Ashley took an impromptu day off. So after nap we went on our first Putt-Putt Golf outing. It was a nice warm but breezy day. It rained most of the morning.
We weren’t really sure how long he would last so we took him to Essenhaus Mini Golf. He was surprisingly focused and willing to play all the way through 18 holes!

It’s bedtime, and Miles comes back downstairs after being quiet in his room for a while.
Me: What’s up buddy?
Miles: Dad, it’s not very comfortable in my bed.
Me: Why not?
Miles: There are too many (stuffed) animals in it. Can I sleep on the couch?
